This policy explains how the Cheapest Carpets website uses cookies, and how you can control them.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files saved on your phone, tablet or computer when you visit a website. They help the site work properly, remember your choices and show the website owner how the site is being used. Some websites also use similar technology called local storage, which works in the same way.
How we use cookies
Our website is built and hosted on Squarespace, which sets the cookies listed below. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.
When you first visit our site, a cookie banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Analytics cookies are only set if you click Accept. Necessary cookies are always on, because the website cannot work properly without them.

squarespace-announcement-bar: remembers if you closed the announcement bar (local storage). Lasts until you clear it.

These help us understand how many people visit our website, which pages they look at and how they found us. The information is grouped together and does not identify you personally. They are only set if you accept them.

Our website links to our Facebook page. Clicking that link takes you to Facebook, where Meta’s own cookie policy applies.
How to control cookies
On our website
Use the cookie banner to accept or decline analytics cookies. To change your choice later, clear the cookies for our site in your browser and the banner will appear again on your next visit.
In your browser
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of the website from working properly.
